When we schedule your session,
we require a deposit before the session which
can be made by either credit card (MasterCard or Visa), check
(made payable to “Essential Sound Mastering”), or
cash. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session,
we need
to know at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of your
session. If you do not let us know, or just don't show up, we
will charge a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the estimated session time.
