If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we need to know at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of your session. If you do not let us know, or just don't show up, we will charge you a cancellation fee. When we schedule your session, we will ask for either a Visa or Mastercard number, or you may bring in a cash or check deposit, in order to confirm your scheduled session.
